After looking through Sicong's blog, I decided to try his recipe before he does. Since I have nothing to do....Hee...
I did a really dumb action while I was making the purin. After pouring the caramel onto the mold, I wanted to test if it was hardened. So, I placed my finger on top and ALAS!!!!! The scorching hot caramel got stuck onto my finger and it got scalded. Damn.
Sicong realised I was making it as I was msn-ing while making it. As I really don't like anything too eggy, I thought I will just taste a few bites and throw the rest, so I invited him over to my house to taste the final product.
As for the critic for it, I shall leave it to Sicong to write it in his blog.
Since I can't finish the 2 bowls, I decided to pack 1 purin and pass it to Sicong as he will be meeting Zeming. hee...another bowl cleared. I shall leave the last big bowl to my dear Dear Dear though he hates eggy stuffs too.... hee.....
