I saw these banners outside a provision shop in my neighbourhood quite some time ago but finally took pictures of them a few days ago when I went to tabao food from the food centre. Apparently, they were featured on Newpaper the day I saw them.





There is a 4D stall beside the provision shop. Apparently, many drivers (taxi drivers in particular) will park their cars without switching off the engine and queue up for 4D and Toto. The owners of the shops have given verbal warnings but none was heeded. Thus, these posters were up. Interesting.
